How much does shipping cost?

All US orders ship free!  All other destinations depend on geographical location and are calculated during the checkout process.  International shipping charges are based on weight and are the least expensive option via USPS (United States Postal Service).


How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS
& Delivered 5-9 business days from the day you place the order.


What is the average shipping time for when a customer places an order?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days and are shipped via Ground.


What is the quality of your coffee?

The coffee is supplied by two of our roasting partners. The coffee is the freshest coffee available on the internet. Whole bean coffee is roasted the day it ships, and ground coffee is roasted the day after it ships (to allow for natural outgassing). We also use specialty grade beans for optimum flavor.

All of our flavored coffees start as specialty grade single-origin coffee roasted in small batches to a smooth medium.  Each order is then carefully flavored with high-quality flavoring oils while still warm.


If I purchase coffee and other items, will my order arrive in one box?

In order to make sure your items arrive as soon as possible, our products may ship in different packages and at different times.  You will receive email confirmations with shipping tracking details.  If your tracking details show that your package has not been delivered and it is running late, please reach out to your local post office for a status update.


How long has the coffee been sitting on the shelf before it is shipped?

The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.  This makes sure that you received the freshest coffee available online!


Can I see how the donations are used?

Yes!  Our founder will provide semi-annual updates on the donations and provide real-time updates via social media and our blog to show her in action putting donations to use.  Be sure to follow us on social media @stemsavvybrew to get the latest updates and engage with us!


Where do you ship?

We ship orders worldwide.


What are your shipping times?

We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2pm Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday only) at 3pm Central Time.


Do you accept returns?

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.

What if the order never arrives?

If the item was never delivered please verify status through the shipment tracking number. Contact your local postal service for an update as this is typically due to a failed attempt to deliver the package. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For all US orders, if the tracking status shows not delivered two weeks after your shipment confirmation, please contact us at stemsavvybrew@gmail.com.


How long is coffee good for? Does coffee expire? How to make it stay fresh longer?

This answer depends on the type of coffee. All coffee should be stored long term between 50 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, at about 30 to 50 percent humidity. If you have green coffee beans they should be stored to the open air (example, burlap bag) and are good to roast for 2 to 4 years, depending on humidity. Keep them dry and away from water and sunlight. Roasted coffee beans should be kept in an air tight container, as well as ground coffee. You can store roasted coffees without much flavor loss for about a year unopened, or 2 years in the freezer. Coffee is still good past these dates if kept properly, but flavor fades away over time. Once you open roasted beans or ground coffee you should plan to use it up within a week for the best flavor. That is why it is always best to buy small amounts instead of 5 pound packages unless you are buying for a large family or your workplace.



How can I cancel an order?
