You can cancel a subscription to stop future orders. Once a subscription billing has been done, this cannot be refunded. So please cancel your subscription before the billing date. Cancelling a subscription is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
Customers are able to cancel subscription orders from the Subscriber Portal.
In an event of a failed billing (declined card), we will automatically make 3 additional charge attempts. If the billing continues to fail, the subscription will be put in a paused status.
